Hey where did I go?

Hey everyone, haven't given up on the blog, but have been busy setting up my new computer as mentioned before. Amazing how much work it takes. Have to get all my software again, move files, and so on. But I love the new system, click here more info, it's really amazing. Can wait for the next generation units coming this fall if any of those new units ship then as they have been slipping on ship dates for some time. Been trying to go back to my hard work-outs with mixed results, still getting back to 100%, would say around 82% currently, hope to get there this coming week. Night for now.

Happy July 5th..wait what?

Happy July 5th everyone...Yep, I'm clueless on this one to. I swear in the old days when the 4th fell on a weekend you still had to go to work on the 5th. But today was an official holiday, no mail, and so on. This caused yet another delay of going back to my normal work out schedule, as noted in my personal log, I'm getting over a sickness that has affected my ability to work out for over 4 weeks here, and almost 3 weeks during my last trip.

This means the next 60 days are going to be major hell to get back to my planned work out goals and still hit certain weight and fitness goals before my next trip. So prepare to see my log filled with lots of complaining about the long hours of working out.

To offset this is my excitement about my new laptop upgrade. I normally upgrade my laptop each year, but my current laptop was so forward looking when I bought it in Hong Kong which was 2 1/2 years ago, it has lasted longer than planned.
