Hey everyone. I'm so shattered, and then some I did a 7 1/2 hour work out today, so it would appear I'm finally back to full-strength, whatever that really means, but better 100% of something than 82% of something. Wait does that even make sense? Okay, maybe I'm 99% and a little slow happening in the mind, but that's really a full-time thing come to think of it, but the little gerbil on the wheel that runs my mind seems as tired as I am. For the record, this was today's work out:
1 hour power walk to and back my local post office
2 hours Spinning (Fast Speed Cycle Riding)
2 hours Swimming
2 hours Elliptical training
1/2 hour weight / abs workout
Tomorrow will be a 4-5 hour trail walk, and then Wednesday will be a repeat of today. Hopefully tomorrow I will find time to catch up on some bills, start to flesh out my travel info on the website, and continue to get my new computer ready for the upcoming travel. So for tonight, it's over and out.
